Hello! I was there with my dog Laika, the owner showed us the place and it is really wonderful, comfortable and friendly. Meanwhile we walk to see the place, my dog was walking with the others dogs and she looked very comfortable there. I definitely would leave my dog there for a day care or boarding. Thanks so much to the owner for the walking.
We’ve been boarding our pet Rover at dogshideaway for a while. Rover comes home happy and sleeps the next day to recover from all the fun he’s had. He’s a golden and loves water and so it’s always please to see him on the instagram snaps fooling around and having a great time in the creek. Most recently we left him there for an about a week while we were on vacation. He came home happy and content.
A Dog's Hide-A-Way is a great place to take our dog. He's a pointer and needs to run and interact with other dogs a lot. He gets that in A Dog's Hide-A-Way's beautiful outdoor setting. The dogs have 5 acres of well maintained outdoor area, and there's a heated room for them to relax in if it's raining or cold out. The owners and staff are all great and take fantastic care of the dogs. My dog's favorite days are when he gets to go to A Dog's Hide-A-Way.
We are so happy we found A Dogs Hideaway! Louie (frenchie) loves the open space and also the warming area too! The staff is Super friendly and love how easy and quick the drop off and pick up is.
Dropped off our senior nervous girl for a groom and it was amazing!!! Sale was so clean and soft when we picked her up! She seemed to love everyone and was comfortable in a new environment!
Love A Dog's Hideaway! I always feel confident when I leave Maddie there that she will be safe and have a good time while I am working from home. Also love the Instagram photos that get posted during the day. Will be recommending A Dog's Hideaway to all my friends with dogs!
Very well attended and clean/organized!! Our dog Henry had an amazing time and I loved that I could give him a quick bath before bringing him home. I boarded him for 2 days, Fri 11am - Sun 4pm and was charged an additional $40 daycare fee which surprised me. When boarding overnight they want them there early, 10am if possible, to get Henry on schedule with other dogs, yet we didn't get back into town until 3:30 on Sunday to pick him up. The additional $40 daycare was never explained to me so I'm not sure when that went into affect. I will definitely board Henry there again but make sure I get the timing right so I'm not charged the added $40.
Mmm I wouldn’t trust my dog any other place ! The place is top notch and the people are awesome
Audre, is the best groomer and The Dog’s Hideaway is a great place m, to have tour dogs stay for a day or longer.
Very beautiful place to bring your dog here for boarding and daycare.
What an awesome place for dogs! Mine was worn out from playing all day, but was eager to get back in the next morning, haha…. I highly recommend A Dogs Hideaway!!
I always feel super comfortable knowing Tanner is playing all day with his dog friends! Always a great experience and the staff are wonderful!
Marcus had a visit with Audrey. She did a wonderful job on grooming him. We were very pleased.
Our German Shepherd loves his visits to A Dog’s Hideaway! When we tell him he’s going to go play with other doggies, he runs down to the garage, wagging his tail and sounding off with enthusiasm! Such a wonderful, safe place for socializing with friends and getting lots of exercise. We love it!

My dog Juno loved it and played hard. Not sure if she was ready to leave when I came back. The staff are friendly, helpful and caring. The property is a dogs heaven plenty of landscape to roam and a climate controlled rest area, plenty of water for the dogs, beds and I wasn't worried about my little Houdini breaching the gates or fencing. We need more places like this for our fur family.
It is a wonderful place for your 4 legs babies. My dog is so happy when he goes there. He can’t wait to get out of the car. Also, the employees and the owners really care. Gary is the nicest person. He just want you and your pet to be happy and he really goes the extra mile. I don’t have enough words to express my words!! I❤️?
Great place. One of the best for my dog - a Golden Retriever to be a dog. He gets to run with the pack and is monitored all day on the 5 acres. Very well organized. I feel totally comfortable dropping my dog off here for both daycare and for boarding. He is always happy when I pick him up and he can tell when we are getting close to the place to drop him off. He gets excited. Very happy with A Dog's Hide-A-Way, LLC. Is convenient to where I live and the people that work there are super nice.
I couldn’t be more comfortable leaving my dog here with these guys when I go out of town. I know he’s being well cared for and I never have to worry about anything. Any time I’ve had to make a last minute change they have always been super accommodating. Highly recommend them for boarding and daycare as well.
We have been taking our dog, Buck, to A Dog's Hideaway for almost a year now since moving to Oregon. We prefer a place that provides free roaming and was so happy that we found A Dog's Hideaway that provides acres of land for our little guy to roam and run around to play! We are happy with the care they provide for Buck at daycare, boarding, and grooming. We feel safe and trust that they will always take good care of him. They are great with communication as well. Thank you to all the staff at A Dog's Hideaway!
What a nice place ! Very impressed with staff , facility and was able to meet the whole pack of dogs . Neika is Looking forward to come for play days on Fridays
I love Gary, the team, the place. It is a perfect fit for Lola(my rescue). Every Thursday she goes in tails up and wagging. She comes back spent. We love it!
They are great caretakers of your pups. Generous and kind. Great environment for dogs to have fun.
This is truly dog heaven. I am so thankful I found a Dog’s Hide-A-Way. Five acres of beautiful outdoor space for my dog to enjoy all day long. The staff are wonderful and caring. I highly recommend.
I absolutely love this place. I bring my dog here to get groomed and Audrey always does a fantastic job with my mini golden doodle, Finnigan. My dog LOVES it here and I can't wait to sign him up for afternoon play sessions. The staff is professional and greets us immediately upon arrival. I highly recommend A Dog's Hide A-Way!
We love a dogs hideaway! Our lab has been going there for about a year. Sometimes we take her for day visits when we are busy so she can play and we’ve boarded her for several nights during trips as well. The owners and workers are very friendly and great with the dogs. I love checking instagram for pictures to know she is okay and having fun. She always comes home exhausted and has great sleep! Reasonably priced as well considering the space there is.
We boarded our young dog (less than 2yrs) for her first overnight boarding for a week. The staff at A Dog's Hideaway did a great job handling unknown behaviors and were thoughtful and caring for her, bathing her when she had some accidents due to her anxiety. I highly recommend daycare and boarding at this facility. The know dogs!
Great place for dogs to be outside with other dogs. my dog comes home tired and happy! I also liked the way they have done the vaccination checks & meet and greets to vet the compatibility of the dogs.
Butch has so much fun! He’s a lab, he loves water, so he gets his swim fix at every visit. The staff is amazing and accommodating. He’s so excited when we pull up and so tired when we get home ?
A dog’s hideaway went above and beyond to make sure our dog Marley felt comfortable. He had been there for just play days several times but hadn’t stayed over. He stayed 10 nights. It was the longest we had ever left him. Karen and Gary and all the staff were so professional and caring. They sent pics and updates and responded to our check ins. It’s clear they love dog’s and go out of their way to make sure they have a good stay. We highly recommend this place!! 5+ stars from us!! ?????
Dog's Hide-a-Way is dog heaven. The folks that work there must be saints to love and care for so many dogs every day. My dog has pretty high anxiety but they are kind and patient with him and he comes home so happy every time we take him. It makes me so happy to have found a place where I can take our dog and know he is in good hands.
I received pics of my Kona whenever I asked but she also made several appearances on social media, too! They cleaned her bed since she stayed a few nights, which was both unexpected and extremely appreciated.
My Lab loves Dogs Hide-a-way! She came home tired and happy. She loves the water and the stream was perfect for her. Both the people and dogs were all well behaved and friendly - wonderful doggie day :)
Thanks, Karen, Gary and staff for taking such good care of our Lab retriever mix Apollo! We’ve used A Dogs Hide -A -Way twice for boarding and for day camp after a neighbor referred us. Our dog has a lot of playful energy and benefitted by running around with other dogs. It certainly tired him out for a few days after we picked him up! We enjoyed seeing the posts on Instagram , and the owners answered our messages promptly when we had any questions. The acreage is clean and well maintained, with ample space, and shelter for rain or sun. The staff certainly keep busy! It was a pleasure to be shown around the site by Maggie and see where the dogs get to play and roam. It was so reassuring to know that our dog had company of both dogs and humans 24/7. It really is a paradise for dogs.
This was my first time to take my pup to a doggy day care. I can not be happier. This place has 5 acres for the dogs to roam. Staff and owner are just awesome. I do not have to worry while she is there. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone that has the need for a day care while working or if you just want your dog to have exercise and just need a break. I love it!
Our Aimee loves to have a chance to play with all her doggie friends! She can’t wait to get out of the car to join them.
My dog is always so excited when we pull in the parking lot. She is excited to hang out with her friends all day outdoors! I love it because she is super tired when I pick her up :)
This place is awesome!!! My dog was thoroughly worn out from playing so hard. I got pictures and video of him during his stay. The grounds have a pond, a river, trees and a special area just for digging. At night all the dogs sleep in the owners house, why would you take your dog anywhere else!!!!
Our dog loved the space when we did our meet and greet, as evidenced by her happy presence among the other dogs and dipping into the creek/pond. It's such a great place with all the space and freedom. They let dogs communicate with one another and if dogs are out of line also take action. I think the fact that so many dogs were happily chilling all over made me think that it was a good place to be for them. I also really love the sleeping arrangement. We brought our dog's bed and it went inside and all the dogs sleep inside the owner's house, unless they are kenneled in the garage. I so wanted to see footage of this/pictures of how they all zonk out as there are couches, etc. if you don't bring their bed. I think that's pretty cool, and creates a homey environment. My dog wasn't nervous when we dropped her, and seemed happy when we picked her up. She wasn't too pooped. We also got a great grooming last minute before we left and she was so clean and brushed as she's shedding a ton right now. The last thing we loved was the proximity, as we live mere minutes away. No more traveling to the country to pick up a shaky dog who can't wait to poop the minute we pick her up. Dog's Hide-A-Way, we will be back!
A Dog's Hide-A-Way is a great dog daycare! I've been taking my pup here for a few months, and he loves it! (so do I.) He was a little skittish at first but they do a great job with keeping an eye on him and helping him acclimate. I also love that there is so much space to run and play with indoor and outdoor areas. The social media is great to see pictures of the happy pups! Highly recommend!

This place is doggie paradise. Every time I go, the dogs are all chill and happy. Karen and Gary are so welcoming and have a ton of expertise. So happy to have found this gem!
My dog loves A Dog's Hide-A-Way. Gary and Karen have always been warm, welcoming, responsive and wonderful to deal with. Their staff is friendly and clearly loves dogs. And the facilities are fantastic. Like camp for a dog. I would highly recommend A Dog's Hide-A-Way.
After boarding our springer spaniel for five days at A Dog's Hide-A-Way, we scheduled a "Go home bath and grooming" for the afternoon of the fifth day. Audrey groomed Pepper using "hand stripping" techniques. Pepper's coat is silky smooth to the touch and will be more comfortable during summer with the undercoat layer removed. Thank you so much, Audrey. Very nice job!
A Dogs Hide-A-Way is a safe, welcoming place we found to help socialize our springer spaniel. We have been socially isolating these past two years, and she had had no chance to learn how to interact with other dogs. After a couple of trial day-care days at A Dogs Hide-A-Way, we boarded Pepper there for five days. She was very shy at first, but by the end was venturing out with the pack. We are pleased she seems more relaxed and we plan to continue her visits to A Dogs Hide-A-Way.
This is by far the best place I have found to take my dogs for play while I’m at work. The employees are kind and friendly. They truly love their job.
I was nervous because it was my dogs first overnight away from home but Karen and Gary treated her like one of their own. The staff are friendly and caring. I love that they post pics on IG throughout the day. PS. We got an update (with pic) on her 1st night which put us at ease, thank YOU!
We LOVE A Dog's Hide-A-Way! Karen, Gary, and their team love on the dogs all the time. They have lots of acres for the dogs to run and play; things for them to do, places for quiet time if they want it. The employees walk the place daily with the dogs so they dogs follow them, run and play together. Our pup has stayed over night multiple times with Karen and Gary and they love on him, send us pictures. We love this place and so does our pup!
A Dog's Hide-A-Way is Rangler's happy place! He loves playing and running with the other doggos, he's so excited when we pull in the driveway and is thoroughly exhausted at the end of the day. We had tried another place, but he was unhappy and confused about being expected to relieve himself on a cement floor. A Dog's Hide-A-Way has a very caring staff looking after my fur baby and I don't feel stressed about leaving him while I'm at work. I highly recommend this place!!!
It was our dog’s first experience at a day care environment. The open area at Dog’s Hideaway is awesome for dogs to run & explore & still be part of the pack. Our dog Miles was exhausted from his day but wagging his tail. I recommend Dog’s Hideway for your pets that like to play & socialize. The place & staff are awesome!
